If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days for a full refund of the merchandise cost, replacement or exchange. Please contact customer service (678-584-9688) or cs@tailgatersalley.com for a Return Authorization (R/A) number, and instructions on returning the product. To help us rapidly process your request, all merchandise must be returned with an R/A number. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection. Please note that Tailgaters Alley, Inc. will only refund shipping if your return was a result of our error.
